CAN I BRING MY OWN CLUBS?

Yes, we encourage players to bring their own clubs. We do ask however that your clubfaces are clean and in good condition.


DO I USE YOUR GOLF BALLS OR CAN I BRING MY OWN?

Players must use our regulation Callaway Blue golf balls in order for the system to accurately compute ball speed, spin axis, backspin rpm, and side spin rpm.


CAN I USE MY OWN TEES?

Our playing surface has an adjustable tee already installed. Players can adjust the height of the tee to suit their needs for their drivers and irons.


CAN I WEAR OUTDOOR FOOTWEAR IN THE FACILITY?

Outdoor footwear in the facility is not allowed. Players must bring a clean pair of golf shoes or running shoes.


CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND BEVERAGE INTO THE FACILITY?

Each simulator is equipped with a beverage station for customer-supplied beverages. Non-alcoholic beverages, coffee & grab-and-go food will be available for purchase.


DO YOU HAVE CLUB RENTAL AVAILABLE AS WELL?

We do have club rental available for $10.00 per set. However, we do ask that you call in advance to confirm availability of clubs.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PLAY 18 HOLES ON ONE OF YOUR SIMULATORS?

We say it takes approximately an hour for an individual player to play 18 holes. So, if you have more than one player you would probably want to book an additional hour for each player in your group. For example, a foursome would normally book four hours of playing time.


HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK A TEE TIME?

Just like at your favorite golf course, we tend to be busier evenings and weekends. Consequently, we do recommend booking your tee time 5-7 days in advance in order to secure a tee time.


HOW DO YOU CHARGE TO PLAY A ROUND OF GOLF AT TPC’S?

We have an hourly rate available for players. We don’t charge on a per person basis and we don’t have an additional fee if you do have several players in the group. Rates are based strictly on the number of hours that you reserve the room for.


DO I PAY FOR THE AMOUNT OF TIME THAT I RESERVED, OR ONLY THE TIME THAT I USE?

Due to the fact that most tee times are in big demand and in order to discourage people from booking longer sessions than required, players will be charged for the time that was reserved, regardless of the actual time used. In order to not be charged you must call at least 24 hours in advance to change or cancel your reservation.


IS THE FACILITY AVAILABLE FOR FULL FACILITY RENTALS?

We do offer full facility rentals for a variety of different occasions including, birthdays, corporate functions and special events.


HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO PROVIDE IN ORDER TO CANCEL A TEE TIME?

We ask that players provide us with at least 24 hours notice when canceling a tee time. 48 hours notice is preferred.


DO I NEED TO ARRIVE A FEW MINUTES EARLY?

Player should arrive at least 10-15 minutes early in order to provide you with enough time to get changed and get ready for your tee time. We want all players to be able to get their round started on time.


DO YOU HAVE A SELECTION OF ALCOHOLIC AND NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AVAILABLE?

We provide non-alcoholic beverage sales only. We are a bring your own alcohol facility. Refrigerated beverage stations are provided for each simulator.


CAN CHILDREN USE THE SIMULATORS AS WELL?

Children under the age of 16 can use our simulators, however, we ask that they are accompanied by an adult at all times.
