Rules of Engagement
Our facility is a great place to unwind, have fun and improve your game. Whether you’re brushing up your stroke, or attending a private party, we want to ensure that each visit is a great one. As such, we have a few, simple rules.
YOU MAY BRING YOUR OWN CLUBS.
Please make sure club faces are clean. We do have a limited number of rentals available onsite. Reservations are suggested.
BRING A CHANGE OF CLEAN SHOES
Outside shoes are not permitted in our Simulators. Metal spikes are not allowed.
THE PLAYERS CLUB ALLOWS CUSTOMERS TO BRING THEIR OWN BEVERAGES.
Each simulator is equipped with a refrigerated beverage station. Food may be purchased at our grab & go kiosk, or ordered from our take-out menu.
NO FOOD OR DRINK IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE SIMULATORS.
WE SUPPLY SPECIALLY MARKED CALLAWAY GOLF BALLS.
All other balls are strictly prohibited. Please note that anyone found using personally marked balls will be asked to leave and restricted from further use of our facility. The markings rub off and permanently stain our screens.
CONSIDER BOOKING EXTRA TIME IF IT IS YOUR FIRST TIME PLAYING.
It takes approximately one hour per person playing to complete 18 holes once familiar with the system. Playing ability will also affect how long it will take you to complete your round.
PLAN TO ARRIVE 10-15 MINUTES AHEAD OF TIME
… to check in, get shoes changed, etc.
CREDIT CARD DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR BLOCKS OF THREE HOURS OR MORE.
In order to not be charged you must cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. If we are able to fill time canceled on short notice you will not be billed for that time.
PLAYERS WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE TIME THAT WAS RESERVED.
Due to the fact that most tee times are in high demand and in order to discourage booking longer sessions than required, players will be charged for the time that was reserved, regardless of the actual time used.
ANYONE WHO NO-SHOWS WITHOUT CALLING WILL LOSE THEIR RIGHT TO MAKE FUTURE RESERVATIONS.
DRESS CODE IS CASUAL
… but we reserve the right to request that distasteful clothing be changed.
PROFANITY WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
The Players Club is a very family oriented venue. Persons using inappropriate language will be discretely warned and told to leave if the problem persists.
